RESET YOUR FAITH

Nearly 30% of U.S. adults are among the ‘nones’—no religious affiliation. That’s up from 5% in 1972. The nones are the fasting growing group in America. Another fast growing group: the ‘dones.’ 66% of Americans ages 23-30 said they stopped attending church after turning 18. Or maybe you’re just a wanderer…you don’t really know where you land with all the spiritual stuff. But research also shows: so many of us desire to be on a spiritual journey together. No matter where you are, when it comes to God, you belong. When it comes to FREE, you belong. 

Jim Pahlow will join me as our Guest Storyteller. For a long time Jim battled feelings of fear & unworthiness. When tragedy struck, Jim went deeper into these feelings, and turned to meth which led to many years of addiction. Jim came out as a gay man in 2002…he battled more feelings of unworthiness. After 7 years of being clean, he relapsed. He’s now been clean & sober for 90 days…and he has a powerful story of having to constantly reset his faith: “The God of my understanding loves me for who I am, and today I am getting the tools for understanding that I am enough…we don’t do shame!”
